Nowadays, more and more people enjoy playing golf with their liked golf equipment, especially the USA. What’ why? There are several reasons, I think playing golf give us a lot of benefits.

First: It is a good exercises and the a good place to take a rest

Golf is one of the best exercises that you can do. Many people who are not in the best of health take up golf; it can keep heart pumping at a good pace depending on the golf terrain.
